When Craig Martin got his license in 2000, his goal was to close a few transactions a year to allow his wife to stay at home with their baby. At the time, he was working as manager at Nordstrom and attending Talbot Seminary with hopes to graduate and become a pastor. With a strong customer service background from Nordstrom and deep biblical convictions in ministry, helping clients was something that came naturally to him. As time progressed, Craig soon realized that working in Real Estate was where he felt God was leading him as his career path.
As a salesperson, Craig found an independent broker who gave him the flexibility to be the owner of his own business. Craig was given guidance and encouragement without the strict rules and control that many franchise offices are known for. With this type of environment, Craig was able to serve his clients' interest effectively while also giving him the ability to be more available for his family. "I found that I was able to have the flexibility to be more involved with my wife and children while also being more available for my clients. I wasn't forced to hold office time and attend mandatory 'pep rally' type meetings".
As Craig's Real Estate business increased, he was also praying about the decision to open his own brokerage in North Orange County. His vision was to create an independent Real Estate office known for its reputation, customer service and production, while also creating a family environment with his staff and agents. With his experience in different types of offices, it was clear to him how he wanted to run a business while creating a positive office culture and enviroment.
In 2004, TNG Real Estate Consultants was created with great hopes of offering an alternative solution to the Real Estate community. Amber Shubin, Gabriel Perez, Matt Luke, Joe Miller, and Sean Ryan were the first agents to put their trust in Craig as their broker. With their success in servicing their clients and with the positive reputation established in the Real Estate and affiliate community, TNG Real Estate Consultants began to grow. Realtors wanted to know the difference between this company and what they had to offer. Realtors were pleasantly surprised with the company culture and environment, full broker support, training and all that TNG Real Estate Consultants had to offer.

Gabriel came to Real Estate with a vast amount of experience gained from his 14 years of service at Nordstrom. There is not anything Gabriel is not willing to do in his efforts to support the team. Gabriel and Craig work side by side in creating an environment and culture supportive of the company philosophy.
TNG Real Estate Consultants was blessed when Delores Arnold joined the office as a transaction coordinator and receptionist. With over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate community, Delores brings a vast amount of knowledge and wisdom to the office. Because of this, she has been such a wonderful and integral part of the office growth and success. Her positive attitude, consistency, professionalism and patience have been making great impressions on anyone walking through the doors.
Craig has also been blessed with his relationship with Rick Underwood, his childhood friend. Rick Underwood is the broker/owner of TNG Mortgage. With Rick focusing on loans and Craig focusing on Real Estate, they decided to share office space and grow the TNG name together while building their own businesses as well.
